Don’t try to talk to everyone about everything, be specific in your focus and niche down. When you have a refined focus, every client you have makes you more valuable to your next client.

Being a go-to gal is not just about being known for something, it’s about other people. Community is built in relationships & relationship building is huge for success.

When you’re just beginning with your brand, it's beneficial to you to be a jack of all trades. Get comfortable with the idea that what you start with isn’t what you’ll end with, and just go out and try things.

Don’t let what people are saying totally skew what you’re wanting to be doing. Sometimes your audience doesn’t know all the ways that you can help them the best.

Take a step back and get outside input into what’s working and what’s not with your podcast. What’s the most popular episode? What are you doing with your biz? Get clarity on your position. Be strategic. Don’t be afraid to promote your own products

Repurpose content. Podcast content able to be leveraged. You can create evergreen content for your podcast.

Go get on other podcasts! It’s a great way to leverage an authority platform without having your own podcast, but if you do, that’s great.
